Safe & Healthy Betting
When betting goes beyond entertainment, that's when problems begin. Bewin wants every player to enjoy betting with fun, safety, and within their own limits. This page shows you exactly how to do that.
Betting at Bewin is more than just placing money on a game — it's an entertainment experience. Adding a little thrill while watching a cricket match, putting a stake behind your favorite team — that's the real joy of betting. But that joy only stays enjoyable when it's kept under control.
Responsible gaming means betting within your means, accepting losses when they happen, and never treating betting as a source of income. Bewin doesn't just say this — we prove it through action. Every account comes with tools to help you stay in control of your betting.
Online betting is relatively new in Bangladesh, and many first-time players don't think about setting limits when they start. Bewin wants every new player to build healthy habits from day one — that's why this page was created. Everything from the core principles of responsible gaming to how to use specific tools is explained here in plain, simple English.
A common misconception is that betting can be a reliable source of income. In reality, it simply isn't — even seasoned bettors lose regularly. Betting is always built on uncertainty, and keeping that truth in mind means wins and losses are less likely to weigh on you. At Bewin, a win is something to enjoy, but a loss should never disrupt the normal rhythm of your life — that's what responsible betting is all about.
Bewin understands that betting can sometimes spiral out of control — that's not a weakness, it's a well-known human experience. In those moments, reaching out for help is the bravest thing you can do. Bewin's support team is ready to help without judgment and in complete confidence — day or night, whenever you need it.
If a family member or friend seems overly worried about their betting, have an open, honest conversation with them. Sometimes a few words from someone close can make all the difference. Bewin always wants to remind you — betting is an optional form of entertainment, not a daily obligation.
Bewin's commitment to responsible gambling is reflected in our business decisions as well. We do not run any advertisements or promotions that encourage excessive betting. From the welcome bonus to every other offer, terms are kept realistic — so users never find themselves chasing bonuses at the cost of their own wellbeing.
One final thought — bet on Bewin because you enjoy it, not because you feel you have to. As long as that distinction stays clear, Bewin will always be by your side as a trusted companion.
If you feel like you're struggling to keep your betting in check, contact our support team right away. We won't judge — we're here to help.

Use these tools free of charge to keep your betting habits in check
Set a maximum amount you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly before you start. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately — increasing it requires a 24-hour waiting period.
Set a cap on the total amount you can wager within a given period. Once your betting limit is reached, no further bets will be accepted until the next period begins and the limit resets.
Take a break from betting for a few days or weeks. During a cooling-off period, you can still log in but cannot place bets. Your account reactivates automatically once the period ends.
Lock your account completely for anywhere between 7 days and 1 year. Once Self-Exclusion is active, the account cannot be reopened before the period ends — no exceptions.
At regular intervals, a message will appear on your screen showing how long you've been betting and how much you've wagered. This helps keep you aware of your activity.
Set a cap on how much you can lose within a given period. Once your loss limit is reached, no further bets can be placed for that period.
Bewin believes a happy, healthy player is the best kind of player. We will never do anything that harms our users. Our commitment to responsible gaming always comes before any business interest.
If you notice these signs in yourself or someone you know, seek help
A tendency to spend money set aside for monthly expenses, rent, or family needs on betting.
The urge to place bigger bets after a loss in hopes of winning back what you lost — this is the most dangerous pattern of all.
Hiding your betting from family or friends, or lying about it habitually.
Letting betting get in the way of work, studies, or time with family.
Losing sleep, feeling irritable, or struggling with frustration because of betting.
Telling yourself "just one more bet" repeatedly and finding you can't stop when you intended to.
Set your betting limits in just a few simple steps
Log in to Bewin using your registered phone number and password.
Click the profile icon in the top right corner and select "Account Settings".
Look for the "Responsible Gaming" tab within Settings.
Select your preferred tool (deposit limit, self-exclusion, etc.), enter the amount or duration, and confirm.
If you run into any trouble at any step, let us know via live chat — we'll stay with you and help you get it done.
Ask yourself the questions below. Answer honestly — no one else will know.
Can you recall exactly how much BDT you spent on betting last month?
Do you ever feel restless or like you're missing out when you're not betting?
Have you ever bet more money than you originally planned?
After a loss, do you find yourself thinking "just a little more and I'll win it back"?
Is betting affecting your sleep, work, or relationships?
Have family or friends expressed concern about your betting?
If more than two of your answers are "yes," speak to support or activate self-exclusion. That's not a weakness — it's the brave thing to do.
Set aside a fixed entertainment budget at the start of each month — spend only that on betting, nothing more.
If you lose, stop for the day. The "I'll get it back this time" mindset is the biggest danger.
Decide in advance how many hours a day you'll spend betting — and stick to it.
When a family member is aware of your betting, a natural sense of accountability follows — and that can go a long way in keeping it under control.
